What can I do ? I have contacted Al-Rajhi bank, got the reference number of their transfer to ICIC Bombay, then I contacted ICIC and got the details of transfer to the SBI Branch. ICIC has provided me the proof of sending the money by DD to the SBI branch and the DD has been identified by the SBI branch. I have also contacted SBI Main office, Mumbai, Local Head office Chennai and the Branch Manager. The top managers are forwarding the mails to the Branch Manager and the branch manager initially said he did not receive such a DD and now when I have forwarded the proof no body is responding. Now I do not know what shall I do. Where should I complaint? Is there any top manager above the Mumbai Head office of SBI. Who is the next authority I can approach for further legal action?
