The Lake Shore Hospital in Ernakulam is the best one with much more facilities . I personally know one case of spleen removal done in the same hospital two months back. It was for girl of 19 years. She is doing well now. Alhamdulillah. Yes, it is expensive . But the facility and efficient physicians and surgeons are available there.
