Dear Brothers,
This service is so far not atall favourable to Indian community. Lots of people
suffering from the Empost as they have made mess with our passports and other
documents. I have submitted one application for passport renewal on 25 feb2009,
so far I don't know where it is. I am trying to track it, but their website is
telling that application not found. I have contacted Embassy for information,
but they replied that it has not reached in embassy so far.Many Emails and
tel.calss made to findout, but Empost's toll free and email contacts are usless
also.
Please raise voice against this "patta karar"(contract with a non-indian
company) as other nationalities(their staff) are mishandling our valid
passports.
