Dear Anand Putranjiva has no problems in urban areas. We have used this beautiful tree at many places.
Alsotonia is indigenous, but as I said in my email on the group, many indigenous plants have characteristics which are not human-friendly, and therefore they may not be appropriate in urban landscape. I am sorry, there is no ready made list or reference links on such plants with me. I know these plants through experience in landscape design and landscap ecology.
