I have a doubt whether it's *Diospyros montana*. See the earlier
Indiantreepix link on this (as per this leaf shape is different):

As per 'Trees of Delhi' for *Diospyros cordifolia* syn. *Diospyros montana
var. cordifolia*- leaf shape is different as well as its flowers have four
petals instead of five shown in your picture. Further it's a smallish tree &
not a climber as mentioned by you.
