Hallo, the creeper looks like Efeu (Hedera helix) to me.

a very common creeper here in germany. evergreen, some varieties have small 
flowers too. used in X'mas decoration. In fact it is a nuisance as it goes 
everywhere. u must keep it under control.
the white flower i have seen here too, but don't know the name.
