It seems to be Telakucha (in Bengali)- Coccinia indica , the wild cousin of cultivated spp of Parwal (ivy gourd) / kudru (C. grandis). Telakucha fruits are not eaten, but reports are there for its use as green vegetable(leaves). It differs both from Parwal and Ivy (Ephedra helix) having thin shiny leaves, in Ivy, leaves are much thickerwith prominent veins, in parwal the leaves are not only thicker but also hairy (coarse).
