Nice good snap of the flower showing all its parts calyx, corolla,
androecium and gynoecium.
Certainly appears to be from Bignoniaceae family.

One can observe the didynamous nature of the androecium i.e. four stamens in
two groups of different lengths which is seen in most of the members.
Will you please elaborate on the name of the tree and area in
Delhi....planted as garden variety or natural?
