Yes it is duranta, very popular hedge plant. Formerly only dark green leaf variety use to be there. Now we have verigated (Patches of green & yellow) or orange top i.e. leaves at top are fluorescent orange in color. The fruits come in bunches lie grape. They are juicy but tasteless. There is one small round seed in each fruit.
