Greetings-- The first one (white flowers) is Plumeria pudica (Apocyanaceae), commonly called Bridal Bouquet, native to Colombia and Venezuela.
The second one is Hamelia patens (Rubiaceae), commonly called Firebush, native to South Florida, USA and into the Caribbean.
