Referring to the orginal question "Which Cyanotis species ? ", it might be
difficult to pin down the exact species, since everyone in this group has
limited data provided online. The specimen cannot be examined physically by us,
except the person taking the pix.  As some group members have observed, more
complete data may be needed to make a positive ID. In cases as this species,
there may be hundreds of other members of the same genera, differing very
slightly in characteristics. However, thanks to suggestions offered here,
we get closer  to the right answer.
I take this opportunity to thank J M Garg ji and Indiantreepix group
members for providing the large number of lovely pix, detailed info on
particular subjects, references to online links, all of which have enriched me
and increased my knowledge and understanding of the subject. Thanks everyone.

Dear Garg ji,

I have a feeling that this could be Tonningia axillaris (syn.:
Amischophacelus axillaris, Amiscophacelus axillaris, Commelina
axillaris, Cyanotis axillaris, Tradescantia axillaris, Zygomenes
axillaris).
Please review.

Regards,
Dinesh.
