Thanks Garg ji for getting this post into focus again. I had not commented on this earlier; one of my flickr contacts says this plant could be a member of Boraginaceae. I did some vigorous search, but could not sight any plant similar to this one yet. Then I think my search faded !!! Thanks once again.
