You may be able to scoop individual plants out of the medium, but if you have a lot of root growth, wrap the flask in newspaper and tap it gently with a hammer to break the glass. Pick the plants out carefully.
Remember the plants probably will have no cuticle in place on the leaves so you will have to keep the humidity high to start with. Cover and mist. Harden them off slowly and watch for fungal growth. I have had good success with Cymbidium orchids from flasks but I have not tried the tropical species. Good luck with these, but I imagine the essentials will be the same.
