Ekambaram ji your line "Earlier I send two picture from Mizoram ..." must
actually be associated with that message's subject line or some concrete
reference ... it will help people like me who get easily confused, to search
quickly and with certainty !!!
In any case, assuming that the other 2 pictures (from Mizoram ...) and
differ only in their colours of bracts: red, white, yellow ... certainly
they would belong to same family ... they must be garden varieties or
"cultivars".

This one looks to me, a garden variety of Poinsettia (*Euphorbia pulcherrima
*)
... there are so many cultivars:
Freedom White, Lemon Snow, Pepride White, Snowberry Punch, Snowcap White,
Sonora White, Whitestar ... and there may be many more cream coloured
varieties.
