*VOLUNTEER TRAINING PROGRAMME*** *VOLUNTEER AT CEC!*** ‘Conservation through Nature education’ has always been the primary concern of the BNHS.Its Conservation Education Centre (CEC) situated in Goregaon radiates the same concern. Altruism is the key word for the success and growth of the Society. Financial as well as support in kind has been the vital element for survival of the Society. To ensure the continuity of altruism in form of dedicated volunteers for the cause of conservation, the BNHS invites support from all those who care to make a better world for all living beings, including human beings. Since 2004 we have been successfully conducting the Volunteer Training Programme (VTP) at CEC. We are happy to announce the fifth batch of VTP. The residential training programme is divided into two modules. These modules include subjects like natural history, environment education and nature conservation. Please note attending both the modules is important for successful completion of the training programme. At the end of VTP, participation certificates will be awarded to all the participants. After attending the VTP, participants would get opportunities to get hands on training experience at CEC.
