In Bengal I have never seen the silver oak in flowering condition.
Once I found a number of this plant all full of orange flowers in a
place called Saiha in Mizoram, bordering Myanmar. Young boys were
collecting nectar from the flowers, even some of them were sucking the
honey directly from the flowers. They invited me , and I tasted, it
was great.
