I was going through the second link given by you. Early in the article
the writers say that Gautam  Buddha was born  under a sala tree and he
also died also in a grove of sala trees (shorea robusta). In the same
article later on they mention that he was born under a saraca indica
tree. Which is correct? Can anybody throw some light? Earlier    also
in this columns somebody had expressed the same doubt.
