First time I sa this lovely tree in bloom was in Bagalore in the early eightiesThe tree is very successful in Gwalior. Bapuna of Gwalior Distilleries has used it for roadside plantation and about a dozen of the trees are blooming on the road divider. I planted 3 plants in an Institute. Two of them have survived. University has got a few of the pink variety. The only sad part is that the flowering period is very short. atktbha
