Here is a reply from Dilip ji: "Gargji, Your post and the picture reminded me of my childhood when we used to pluck these flowers from the creeper on which they grew. we in our innocence called the flower "kaurav and pandav" Note scores of purple petal and the 5 stamens. It has very good and faint frangrance. That was about 5 decades ago in a place called Dewas in MP.
