Devendra,
   I think this could be the native species Hydrocharis dubia. Leaves
of Hydrocharis dubia can be ovate also, like the one seen in Pravin's
picture. If I am not wrong, Hydrocharis morsus-ranae has only kidney-
shaped leaves.
Not sure though...
