I saw this plant on way to Hidimba temple. But I wonder whether this
is the only specimen in India!. They are so common (planted of course)
as avenue tree in Europe and America. So far I remember, I had seen a
number of them in the Llyod Botanic Garden in Darjeeling , about 30
years back. I had seen one in the Indian Botanic Garden in Calcutta
( although not healthy) may be 10 years back.
