Look at the floral arrangement. It can be seen very often in German cities. Inside there is an iron stand with spiral rods holding iron rings for suspension of seasonal flower pots. These are mainly Petunia, verbena, Antirrhinum like flowers, When they are full in bloom, the inside skeleton can not be seen any more.
