Rajesh, the name Impatiens incopspicua has a typo -- must be *Impatiens
inconspicua*

I have been considering this as *Impatiens minor* (syn. *I. kleinii*) ...
commonly known as lesser balsam
I have a few photos at
http://www.flickr.com/search/?w=91314...@n00&q=Impatiens+minor&m=text
also put up at FOI site:
http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/slides/Lesser%20Balsam.html

Friends, please validate ID.

Regards.
