I checked GRIN, the database that I rely most. Cassia biflora Linn. has been
declared as nom. utique rej by Botanical Code ( and such can't be an accepted
name), and the name often used by other authors is more correctly C. pallida
Vahl. The species of Cassia with 10 perfect stamens are now placed under genus
Senna, and as such correct name for the species is Senna pallida (Vahl) H. S.
Irwin & Barneby, Mem. New York Bot. Gard. 35: 531, 1982.

Cassia bicapsularis is a distinct species.
