  These plants were spotted near our Hotel in Kaza (Spiti H.P.)
  In fact at one place it was showing an abnormal growth with a big stem of 
inflorescence. This stem was unusually bigger than rest of the stems/branches. 
It was curled on itself near the apex with a lot of normal sized flowers in a 
raceme.

    It is a crucifer, leaves would help further.
