Dear Yazdy Palia
Cap is found in flowering and fally off in open flower leaving the cup below 
with ovary and stamens. After the stamens fall fall cup matures into fruit. 
I think that should clear the doubts.

Many thanks for the details. I am not a botanist, nor am I an expert.
By cap, I guess you must be referring to the fruit. In my holding I
have both Eucalyptus as well as Citriodora. It is very difficult to
distinguish between the two. I have not compared the fruits.
