Hello Singh Ji and Rohit Ji it is Cissampelos parriera female plant. the reason why you could not observe the perianth parts is because the female flower in Cissampelos has only one sepal and one petal. the male flower has 4 petals and 4 sepals. also the bracts in flowering condition is small which become large and foliaceous in fruiting condition in fmale flower. regarding the hariness it may not be a constant character. it changes according to ecological conditions of the region.
