Decidedly Bignoniaceae, likely a Markhamia species, quite possibly a rather 
toothy individual of M. lutea. This species is quite variable, and is now 
considered an umbrella species covering M. hidebrandtii, M. platycalyx, though 
I, for one, am not convinced of this...
