Nabha ji Kindly note: Sedum sexangulare is a European species, not reported from this part of the world.
More importantly leaves are much shorter than flowers. Flowers may be 1cm or more in diameter, but leaves hardly more than 5 mm, and closely imbricated. They are also spurred. In Sedum multicaule and photographs uploaded by Nudrat, the leaves are almost as long or longer than flowers, and arranged distantly. Also leaves don't have spur..
