Subject: [indiantreepix:17860] Identification for HP Flora

  Hello

Once again i am posting a plant i saw in Dharamshala. It has a very stunted
habit and is quite common road side plant in the region. Some one suggested it
wasa plant belonging to genus Daphne. Please help in identifying it correctly.

  Thanks
