Dear Sir,

This is Chonemorpha grandiflora (Roth) M R Almeida & S M Almeida {Syn.
Chonemorpha fragrans (Moon) Alston} belongs to Apocynaceae.  But as you
think it is not a shrub, it is a climbing shrub.
