I will agree with Mr. Praveen. This sud be Habenaria plantiginea which is now known as Plantiginorchis plantaginea though many people dont agree with it. But I do. It can be differentiated from panchaganensis on the basis of spur which is much longer than ovary in plantaginea, whereas shorter in panchaganensis
