Dear Vijay ji, Dr. M.Mahadevappa is still engaged in promotion of this Cassia for effective Parthenium management. If I am not wrong Karnataka state department is distributing free seeds to farmers for Parthenium management. It is part of national recommendation also. As you are saying it is becoming another weed then effort is required to stop its free distribution.
