I took some first looks at descriptions of endemic species of *Memecylon* -
but was unable to know for sure whether any of them had the characteristic
feature of bearing solitary flower. Many thanks for your clarification,
Giby ji.
It is different joy and treat to eyes to find few-flowered *Memecylon*.
