Sorry I wrote leaf shape reversed. Here is correct one:

I think it is S. splendens, the flowers are smaller in S. cocinea

S. splendens: leaves 5-9 cm long, ovate, acuminate, flowers 4-5 cm long
S. coccinea: leaves 2.5-5 cm long; acute, trianglar-ovate, flowers 2-2.5 cm
long.
