>From the leaves it looks like this could be "Garlic mustard" , Alliaria
petiolata.   the crushed leaves give off a distinct garlic smell.

This plant is a highly invasive weed in NE Usa;  and one can also find
reports of this invasive  in E  ghats, Himalayan foothills
