Yes it is *Siegesbeckia orientalis* L. (Asteraceae). A common weed in all 
parts of India reaching up to 1800m altitide in some parts of Himalaya. 
Involucral bracts are densely glandular hairy and sticky; thus helping in 
dissemination of seeds.
