Dear Dinesh ji, Went through the pdf you have attached. For *Euphorbia neriifolia, *Kannada name given here is "Malekalli", which can be written as *ಮಾಲೆಕಳ್ಳಿ*. And there is NO name as ಗೊಟಕಳ್ಳಿ ( gotakalli ) OR ಗೊಟಗಳ್ಳಿ ( gotagalli ) for the same, in Western Karnataka, at least. Wishes, Gurumurthi
