Dear Dr. Santhosh,

Your snail mail says that you are from TBGRI, can you help to procure giant
water lilies from TBGRI!!!.
As Our Tabish expressed his feelings, me too express the same.
It is very difficult to get any kind of help by a layman from elite
institutions unless otherwise he/she knows someone personally.
This is my personal view but it may not be the actual scenario in all the
elite institutions.
