Dinesh jee, If you have an another photo of the whole stem, It will add to the confirmation of the ID. And based on its habit, there is an equal chance for *Euphorbia nivulia* Buch.-Ham. if its a small tree and spines are very short. This species is very common around Harishchandragad.
