Dear friends
The Week starting from tomorrow March 4 to 10, 2013 I feel is going to be
very interesting, with several species in our databases needing a very
careful relook. I as such request the maximum participation of members,
especially experts to sort out the identity and nomenclature of important
genera Biophytum, Oxalis, Geranium, and Impatiens and others to be
discussed during the week. I make special request to Santosh ji,
Vijayasankar ji, Tiwari ji, Rawat ji, Pankaj ji, Ritesh ji, Giby ji, Amit
ji, Nidhan ji, Balkar ji and all others who can contribute to take time off
from their busy schedule to help in streamlining these genera.
I also have a special request for Tabish ji to give us benefit of his
experience with Himalayan plants, as I am sure, many plants on the Flowers
of India Website would be under discussion.
