I can add: Widely cultivated in warm and temperate zones of whole world,
even on Pacific islands. Naturalized/invasive in warm and humid climates,
occasionally escaping also in temperate Europe.
Great variability of colors: white, many shades of pink, red, purple.
Bicolor forms, forms with full flowers and variegated leaves known
