There are some similiarities with Impatiens from thread called
"Gorgeous Impatiens for ID_RKC01_260811"
I recently read some papers describing new Impatiens species from southern
(?) China, and there were plants with predominantly yellow flowers and red
markings.
I don't think however I am able to find which species it is,
unfortunately...
