Dear Mr. Vijaydas For sure both leaf and flower belong to orchid, Nervilia only!! Flower belongs to Nervilia infundibuliformis and leaf it may belong to the same plant but looks more close to Nervilia crociformis (= Nervilia prainiana). Regards Pankaj
