Garg Sir,

First, thank you very much for taking care of all pending issues.

This plant is *Hygrophila polysperma* (Roxb.) T.Anderson. Besides other
features the glabrous capsule with pubescent
tip<http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=242325798>can
clearly be seen in image no.
DSCN7837<https://mail-attachment.googleusercontent.com/attachment/u/0/?ui=2&ik=3d58bffb73&view=att&th=13db68ebc7691b23&attid=0.4&disp=inline&realattid=f_he4id20i3&safe=1&zw&saduie=AG9B_P-tlZWSa6sAKWqKGw2zROb8&sadet=1364576028136&sads=qqkNkTPbOahgV_b7NamAFqIZlE4>
.

And this is the same plant as in -
https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en&fromgroups=#!topic/indiantreepix/OHN8QssfQnc,
though in different stage of growth. This is more mature stage. More the
waterline recedes the spikes of this plant elongate more, and the leaves, i
think, reduce, both in number and size.

The following links might help to determine the species :-
