Dear friends
Family Orchidaceae has been on my mind for a very long time, but
unfortunately I can't initiate an episode on this large family, because my
knowledge/experience of this family is practically nil. I can't count the
members of this family that I know, even in double digits, what to say
several thousand members of this one of the largest families. I would,
therefore, request any of the orchid experts to please volunteer for
coordination of episode on this family in the month of their choice. I
would very much like Pankaj ji to coordinate this episode to make it
exciting, and as he may not be able to spare much time, he may please
associate one or more members to make this episode very useful. I am very
sure many members would be eager to share their uploads.
So please go ahead, choose any month after July (leaving September
already reserved by Balkar ji for Capparaceae), so that we can announce it
well in advance.
