 There are 2 trees seen here - the flowering one is Pongam [Pongam pinnata / 
Millettia pinnata] and the fruiting one is Gliricidia.

 Thank you Nidhan ji for a possible Id. After I received your reply while 
reading about Milletia sp I came across Gliricidia sepium tree . Can this be 
Gliricidia sepium as the flower buds looked whitish and it was a small tree.

requesting identification of a medium ht road side tree along empress garden 
road at Pune. whitish buds could be seen but could not make out flowers. Many 
flat pods green-yellow in color were seen.
