It was a long episode, still covering the family partially. The largest 
angiosperm family with 1765 genera 27773 species worldwide, Asteraceae 
deserved longer episodes as aptly decided by Dr G.Singh Sir.
Excluding ornamental and other exotics we have 193 genera, 999 species as 
per the information from Botanical Survey of India (Karthikeyan et al. 
2009). I hope we shall be able to display major part of it in all three 
episodes.
