Tagetus patula. 
Red Brocade variety of T.patula has mostly red coloured ray florets 
(Makhmali Genda) but in vicinity of T.erecta (Yellow Genda) it produces 
flowers with less number of red ray florets in next generation due to 
hybridization with Yellow Genda (T.erecta). Which seems the case here in 
the picture in my opinion.
