It is not a tree, rather a scrambling shrub has reached over the branches of support tree. Looking from a distance it may appear as interpreted here. It is *Caesalpinia decapetala* (Roth) Alston, (=*Caesalpinia sapiaria*Roxb.). DSRawat Pantnagar
